That doesn’t always work, as I had a “steel bushing” missing and there were only 7 of these in the box instead of 8. (“Steel bushing” is actually a plastic bushing) Also, I got the 150 pound weight stack, which is optional. I am tall and the machine has an adjustable seat, so it works fine for me. All items were packed well and clearly marked for assembly. Assembly instructions were very detailed on A4 sized sheets of paper. While assembly of some items are okay for one person, the final assembly is definitely a two-person job.

All built and working , instructions could be better but ok , used. YouTube to fill the gaps , took 2 evenings to assemble as expected ( it’s a big piece of equipment), all part present and fitted perfectly. The FTG30 is a great all round machine, particularly coupled with some Olympic plates.
